I enjoy getting to know people of all ages and teaching them about our Savior.  My wife Steph and I have three boys, Micah, Jacob, and Zachary. I enjoy going to the beach, golfing, hiking, camping, cooking, eating New York Pizza, and spending time as a family. 

I am retired from full time ministry, but I still enjoy serving God's people.  I spend my summers in Alaska, where I lived for many years, and my winters in Gainesville.  I am married to Kathy, and I enjoy golfing and fishing.

I have been the Director of Open Arms since October 2010.  I have over 23 years of experience in childcare, and I am passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with children and helping them grow in a nurturing, faith-filled environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family—especially during my favorite season, Fall—cheering on my beloved Florida Gators. I have been married to Stephen for 25 years, and we have two grown sons, Tre and Trevor.

I have been the Music Director at First Lutheran since 2024. I enjoy playing God's music, and encouraging others in the faith.

I love the outdoors: gardening, playing with grandchildren, open water swimming, spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding, horses, and resting in the hammock.

My husband Don and I have three children and seven grandchildren.

I have over 20 years of office management, sales, marketing and customer service experience. I hope that my behind the scenes service helps the fellowship of others.
